Demo Get in touch

Ranking is no use if the enquiry gets lost.

Getting found is half of it. The other half is what happens in the sixty seconds after someone decides to contact you — and that is where most local businesses quietly leak work.

Where it leaks

None of these
are dramatic.

That is exactly why they go unnoticed for years.

  1. 01

    The form that never worked

Sends into nothing, or into a spam folder nobody opens. It is more common than you would believe. We test it, and we keep testing it.

  2. 02

The number that is not tappable

Typed as text instead of a link, so a customer has to memorise it and dial manually. Most will not bother.

  3. 03

    No sign the enquiry sent

The form submits, but the customer sees nothing to say it reached you — so they are left unsure, and often enquire elsewhere as well. We make it confirm, plainly, that it is with you.

  4. 04

No idea which work came from where

Without tracking you cannot tell which pages earn their keep, so every decision after that is guesswork.

  5. 05

A thank-you page that actually confirms

So nobody sends the same enquiry three times because they were not sure the first one went. It also gives you something measurable: a page nobody reaches unless a form worked.

  6. 06

Spam handling that does not punish customers

A hidden field bots fill and humans never see. No puzzles, no picking out traffic lights, no asking a customer to prove they are a person before they are allowed to contact you.

What we
set up.

An enquiry form short enough to actually finish on a phone, asking only what we need to quote, and telling the customer clearly that it has been sent.

Click-to-call on every page, in the thumb zone. And tracking so you can see which pages and search terms produce real jobs, rather than guessing at it.

None of it is complicated. It is just rarely done, because the person who built the website was finished the day it went live.

What that means
round here.

Ranking is only half the job, and it is the half everyone talks about. The other half is what happens in the ninety seconds after somebody finds you, and for a lot of Leicester businesses that is where the work quietly disappears.

The commonest failure we see is an enquiry arriving somewhere nobody checks. A Facebook message sitting in an inbox alongside family photos. A contact form wired to an email address from a previous web designer. A phone number that is an image rather than a link, so tapping it on a phone does nothing at all. None of these look broken from the outside, and all of them cost jobs.

The second commonest is asking for too much. A form with eight required fields, filled in one-handed at nine at night by somebody whose boiler has just gone, does not get filled in. It gets abandoned, and they ring the next business on the list. Three fields and a phone number that works will out-perform a beautiful form that asks for a postcode, a budget and a preferred contact time.

So the work here is plumbing rather than design: a form that emails you and timestamps itself, a number that dials, a note of where each enquiry came from so you can tell which of your marketing is actually doing anything, and a thank-you page that confirms it arrived so nobody sends the same enquiry three times.

Questions we get asked

Are you selling me leads?

No. We are not a lead broker and we do not sell the same enquiry to four of your competitors. We build the systems that send enquiries to you, and only you. Any lead the site produces is yours.

What if I miss a call?

We cannot answer your phone for you — that part is yours. What we can do is make sure a missed call does not have to be a lost enquiry: a one-tap number so they can try again, and a form short enough to finish there and then, so there is always another way to reach you.

How do I know where enquiries came from?

We tag the sources so you can see which pages and which search terms actually produce work. It changes what you spend on, and it is usually not what people expect.

Where do the enquiries actually go?

To your email, immediately, with a timestamp and everything the person typed. Not to a dashboard you have to log into, and not to us first. If you want them going to two addresses, that is fine too.

Can you tell me which enquiries came from Google?

Yes, and it is worth knowing. Each enquiry records where the visit came from, so after a couple of months you can see whether the work is producing anything, rather than taking anyone's word for it.

We already get plenty of calls. Is this worth doing?

Possibly not, and we will say so. If the phone rings enough and you are not chasing growth, the plumbing matters less. It earns its money when you are spending on being found and want to know none of it is leaking away at the last step.

Do you offer live chat or a chatbot?

Not by default, and usually we would talk you out of it. A chat widget that nobody is watching is worse than no chat widget, because it looks like a promise of an instant answer and delivers silence. A phone number that works and a form that reaches you does more for most local businesses.

Next See it working The demo has the forms and the click-to-call in it. Try them on your phone rather than take our word for it.
