Our contact form is provided by Formspree, a third-party form-handling service. When you submit the form, your information is transmitted directly to Formspree's servers, which then forward it to us by email. Submissions are not stored in a database on this website.
Our website hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information such as IP addresses and browser type in its server logs, as is normal for any website. These logs are retained by the hosting provider under their own retention policy and are used only for security and the reliable operation of the site.

08International transfers
Formspree is based in the United States, which means your contact form submission is transferred outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law — such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, or the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework — to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

09How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case you get back in touch. Where an enquiry does not lead to a project, we generally delete it within 12 months.
Where an enquiry does lead to a project, we retain the related records for six years after the end of our working relationship, to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
10Cookies
This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising or tracking, and we do not use any analytics software.
Formspree may set a cookie or use similar technology in connection with spam protection when you submit the form. This is strictly necessary for the form to function securely.
